Get to Know Me Tag – My Toastmasters Journey Club Video Challenge – Deadline: February 1, 2023

After attending the December 12, 2022, Marketing Monday session, Neurological Buzz, or watching the recorded session, and reading the handout with guidelines, one or more members of a District 56 Toastmasters Club creates a Get to Know Me Tag – My Toastmasters Journey video. Clubs that follow the guidelines in the 12.12.22 recorded Marketing Monday session and handout will be voted on.

Email your club Get to Know Me Tag – My Toastmasters Journey Club Video challenge to Elizabeth Ruiz, Club Growth Director, at cgd@tmd56.org on or before February 1, 2023. Only the qualified club videos will be uploaded to the District website and social channels where members will vote on first, second and third place. First place club winner receives a $100 Toastmasters International Gift Certificate. Second place club winner receives a $50 Toastmasters International Gift Certificate. Third place club winner receives a $25 Toastmasters International Gift Certificate. The Get to Know Me Tag – My Toastmasters Journey Club Video Challenge was taught in the 12.12.22 Marketing Mondays session. Members must watch the recording and read the handout located in the Marketing Mondays shared Google drive labeled 12.12.22 NEUROLOGICAL BUZZ here MARKETING MONDAYS – Google Drive. 

March Madness – Deadline: March 15, 2023

Clubs that renew 100% of their July 1, 2022, base membership number by March 15, 2023, earn a Toastmasters Gift Certificate. Amount TBD. Note: You may check your club’s base membership on the Toastmasters International Club Performance Report.

Talk Up Toastmasters Membership Building Award – Deadline: February 1, 2023 – March 31, 2023

Clubs that gain five new, dual, or reinstated members between February 1, 2023, and March 31, 2023, will receive a Talk Up Toastmasters Award Ribbon, a 10% discount from your Toastmasters International store order, and a Toastmasters International Gift Certificate. Amount TBD. The members must pay for at least 6 months. Offered to the first 50 clubs.

Open House Challenge – Deadline: March 31, 2023

Clubs that conduct an Open House between July 1, 2022 – March 31, 2023, add 2 or more new members on the day of the Open House will receive a Toastmasters International Gift Certificate. Amount TBD. Submit the Open House flyer and new member list to cgd@tmd56.org to quality. Offered to the first 50 clubs. 

Area Director Club Visits – Deadline: March 31, 2023

Area Directors who complete all round 1 club visits and reports on time, and round 2 club visits and reports by March 31, 2023, will receive a Toastmasters branded surprise item.

Beat the Clock Membership Building Award – Deadline: May 1, 2023 – June 30, 2023

Clubs that gain five new, dual, or reinstated members between May 1, 2023, and June 30, 2023, will receive a Beat the Clock award ribbon, a one-time 10% discount from your Toastmasters International store order, and a Toastmasters International gift certificate. Amount TBD. The members must pay for at least 6 months. Offered to the first 50 clubs. Maximum two Open Houses per club.
